Facebook Study

Before Readin:

I do use facebook, and the only personal information that I share is my name,adress, and my hobbies.
I only share the information that I don’t care if complete strangers see; I don’t but really personal stuff on my Facebook.

After Reading:

I think “meaningful consent” means that you are actually agreeing to what you click.
I won’t change any of my personal information because I already am careful with what i put on there.

I didn’t know the difference between input and output devices.
I didn’t know it was called a hard copy when it was printed on paper.
I didn’t know it was a Soft Copy when it was on the screen.

I never thought that a computer and house were similar.
I didn’t know the different parts of storage in a computer.
I learnt that a computer really isn’t that complicated.

I never really thought of a computer coming “alive”.
I learnt that there are 3 different types of computers.
I learnt that camera’s, music player’s and computers are similar to each other.

My Weekend Plans.

This weekend me and my family are going to go camping out at Echo Lake for the last time this season. We had a seasonal site so this weekend is the final weekend out there before we have to have our trailer moved out. We are going to leave Friday night and have a campfire and roast marshmallows. Saturday if it’s nice we will go boating, tubing and wakeboarding if it’s cold we will just stay around the campsite and play botchie ball and volleyball. That night we have my aunties Birthday party so we will come in for that and have cake and coffee. On sunday I have a softball tryout and then I will hopefully do something with my friends!

I think the idea of people being able to “purchase” real property is good because it is similar to real life and it’s a way to keep people busy without it being a total stupid mindless game.

It wouldn’t bother me if someone “bought” my house because it’s only a game, it doesn’t mean that they really own my house.

This game could affected countries interactions because they could make a big deal about it, and start making it seem like it’s all real.

I would by a street or location in New york if I were to join in because I have always wanted to visit there and possibly live there once.

I won’t be joining in to play because i am too busy to be able to fit it in and it doesn’t sound very exciting to me.

What I know about blogging is that it is a way to share your feelings and thoughts with people who don’t know who you are.

What I want to know about blogging is who came up with it and why? I also would like to know When it was first used and by who.

Web 2.0

what the term web 2.0 means to me, is the second generation of websites. It means that it is more advanced and high tech than the last one. It is also keeps us connected.

the web tools and technologythat I use most often are google, facebook, hotmail and and internet search engine’s to help me find what i am looking for.

Web 2.0 is used in my daily life and it means a lot to me, because i can stay in touch with my friends and family. In the future i think it will be very handy because in case people move away i can still talk and stay close to them.

If i could ask a question to any web 2.0 expert it would be what gave them idea to start it, and how many future changes they were planing to make.
